Looks like the Pep influence has spread to the under 23s , just hope the lads not badly injured
Best get the chequebook out, eh?
Depends on the severity of his injury...
Check out Maghoma's goal as well not too shabby
Seven goals scored and just one conceded in the two games for the U23s so far.
Not bad, not bad at all.
All without a dedicated left back, as Harvey White's a box-to-box midfielder filling in
It's like not having an actual striker is a bit of a problem...
Loaning out loads of players means we will probably lose quite a few more this season.
Richards is a striker, but he's only 18 and our whole youth system's looking rather flimsy and empty at the moment.
No Austin, Tanganga or Parrott, plus some players playing out of position.
Where's the depth? We look miles behind some of the other clubs in this area at the moment.
As I mentioned before, the OS lists 30+ players in our U23 squad, which is unsustainable at that level so loans are needed for those at the higher end of the age bracket - and the fact all the loanees are between 20-22 indicates there's a reasoning behind which players are loaned
I think I've heard of two of those players, including the goalkeeper.
Massive turnover would explain the early season results at that level, as well as having a new coach.
2-0 up at half time through a Phoenix Patterson goal and Harvey White penalty, but they equalise in the 95th minute
The ref indicated four minutes of injury time...
0-0 at HT. No idea who most of those kids are, but well done to them.
