Yeah if he did exist like Stephen fry said, if he walked into the Vatican he would be physically sick at the sight of luxuries and lack of empathy for others.

That prick was urging the Germans to bomb Britain into submission during The Blitz. I don't have any time for Phil The Greek, but his loathing for this **** was spot on.

The rioting question is very interesting.
In my view (not a fact so chill the **** out :bandit:) peaceful protests tend to be ignored whereas riots don't.

Often the violence is in response to police or army violence but once people fight back change tends to happen.

We have common land brought about by mass rioting in the 1800s.

Slaves throughout history won freedom through violent protests.

Women won the vote with the use of direct action and violent protests.

The civil rights gains in the USA were brought about by law breaking and rioting.

Gay rights were won through the Stone wall riots.

Vietnam protests were ignored until they became violent.

Rioting against discrimination brought the civil rights movemrnt to the fore in Northern Ireland in the late 60s and early 70s....(I am not talking about the terrorists on either side here)

They treatment dished out by the SPG to young working class men, especially from afro Caribbean backgrounds only chsnged after the riots of the early 1980s.

The police kept denying that handled the Stephen Lawrence murder appallingly until the Welling riots.

My point is that peaceful protests tend to be ignored...l went on a support the miners protest in 1992...200,000 completely peaceful...**** all changed and the mines were closed.
I went on thd peaceful anti war marches in 2002...the biggest was between 1 and 2 million strong (depending on who you believe) ... **** all changed.

I went on the anti poll tax march in 1990. The riot completely destroyed that policy and within 6 months the Tory part ripped itself apart, ditched Thatcher and got rid of the poll tax.

He was an utter ****. The royals should retire the name Edward so we can all forget that loathsome piece of ****.

Queen Liz has really done a lot to rebuild the reputation of the Royals, as have the two princes.

Andrew certainly isn't helping things tho
