I get bored playing on my own. Much more fun when there's two people playing. All I've done is a weird mission pulling down a house then decided to see how many cops I could kill before I died. Also went on a jet ski and did drive by shootings on it.. Which was fun. Also went on a push bike and mercilessly killed joggers.

My new hobby is driving the boat out into the sea and sticky bombing unsuspecting others. Great fun.

GTA might not be to everyone's taste, but this simply is the best game of all time.

Gta 4 was a let down for me after the mayhem of San Andreas, it lost the fun aspect of the game. This has been rectified and ramped up to 100+.

The characters are all good, with different skills, side missions and they link in well together. The music is as always, brilliant.

When I got the game, apart from the introductory opening mission, I didn't do another mission for about 8 hours, instead I rode a rollercoaster, traveled around the island on a jet ski, went hunting, cycling up a mountain and every other crazy thing that makes this game so enjoyable.

My only real gripe about gta games is the collectables, in this game you have to collect space craft pieces, letters and nuclear waste. There are 50 items of each and there is no god damn way you could ever find these on your own, they are just too randomly hidden, thus forcing you to buy a guide, which I see as cheating. But if you sign up to rockstars social club website, you can see a map of where all the pieces are, allowing you to check them off as you collect them. Still cheating in my eyes, but at least now you don't have to buy a compendium.

I do know that if you collect all the space ship parts you get a moon buggy, plus a UFO appears in a storm above mt chilliad. Also if you're a fan of hunting, be vwey vwey quiet, **** hunting rabbits, there's a Bigfoot to find. Also, although I haven't seen it confirmed else where, but i did see a picture posted on twitter of what someone claimed is a ghost that haunts the top of one of the mountains! I **** myself when a cougar jump out at me, if I see a ghost too, I think I might have to turn the game off.

But if you have any doubts, forget them and just get the game, there is enough to do on here without ever touching the missions.

Oh and I also got eaten by a shark!

GOt this at the weekend and thought it was immense. The Trevor character is a bit disturbing all the same. I did feel a bit sorry for Johnny of The Lost:emoticon-0116-evilg

I've only put about 4 hours into this so far..

I'm quite excited about hunting for Bigfoot an being eaten by a shark.. Can you shoot people to then get them eaten by sharks???? I spent days trying to do that on the original San Andreas .

  6. I finished the main missions yesterday and I'm only 65% in <yikes>

Absolute quality game. I very rarely play anything other than Fifa so for me to say this is good...

I went for option three <ok>

Can someone post how many hours it takes to complete the whole game?

  8. Answered this on xbox board:

Depends how good you are, how much pissing about you do and how many side missions you carry out.

I'd guess someone that's played the other GTAs and just does the main missions would do it in about twelve hours.

I want to know how long it has taken someone to finish the whole thing side missions etc and 90+% complete. I'm just looking to see what kind of value for money you get from the game.
