    Sorry to hear he's been killed, he seemed like a cracking player. Very sad day indeed. My thoughts are with his family.

    How incredibly sad, a young man with a lot of potential and a great career ahead of him. There doesn't really seem to be the right words to express how awful that is. My thoughts are with his friends and family.

    Such a real sad story there. He was in no doubt a promising player and being a Glamorgan supporter it must have been very hard and devastating for Mathew Maynard and his family. After all Mathew Maynard has done so much for Glamorgan.
